Product & Interior Design Terms Of Service

Contact
Instructions and details must be made via telephone or email only. The client must explain in detail all the specific elements of the project.We will contact the client back via telephone and email only.

Image Authorization

All digital images (jpeg, pdf, hand drawn sketches and photographs) to be used in the project should be verified as client or third party owned. We will not be responsible for any plagiarized images.

Samples
Whatever you have given us we should be able to use for promotional purposes. If you have copied it that is your responsibility not ours. We reserve the right to refuse a project

Design Planning and Product Clarification
Design ideas and creative thoughts will be discussed through email/telephone in order to steer the project/product in the right direction. As a tailored service we will visit our clients homes, discuss measurements/design process, agree a timescale and specify payment plan.

Price
The Design services we provide do not have a fixed price (unless the items are bought on our store). Design service prices are subject to change according to the specific project. The client can opt out of the agreement once an estimated quote has been verified. However once agreed to the price, the client is obligated to pay the full amount.

Deposit Payment

Upon accepting our quote, the client is obliged to pay a deposit of 50% of the full price. This payment can be made via PayPal, Major Credit Card Payments and Bank transfers.

Product and Interior Design Timescales
Design times can vary due to the complexity of the product but as an approximate we work around a timeline between 4 - 6 weeks.

Progress Pictures
With our progression process, we keep the client informed with the progress of the project and an estimated completion date. A confirmation of completion will be provided.

Final Payment
The client will pay the remainder fee in the exact same medium as the initial payment; PayPal, Major Credit Card Payments and Bank transfers.

Completion and Delivery
Upon Completion, we will deliver the design to you personally (depending on location) or via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. The design will be securely packaged to protect it from any damages. Delivery times vary from 1 - 5 working days depending on the location. We are not liable for any damages or losses in delivery. We are also able to deliver via email or download link.

No Refund Policy

We take on a strict no refund policy. As the order is placed the client is given the opportunity to observe and validate the progress of the project. Any alterations should be made at this stage before the project is finalised. Substantial changes might incur additional charges.

Rights and Ownership Rights

CreativemindsUK retains copyright on all the Interior designs produced. By placing an order for our services, either by telephone or email you are agreeing that CreativemindsUK retain the full copyright and licensing rights to the interior designs produced from the photographs/images provided by the client. Commissioned Interior design is normally displayed on this site in the portfolio or blog tabs. We also display the interior designs on social media sites created by CreativemindsUK. The commissioned Interior designs can be sold for further purchasing, with CreativemindsUK as the supplier. CreativemindsUK must be fully credited for the work.

Third party Participant’s

CreativemindsUK may provide services with other creative professionals to provide services such as web development, photography, and illustration. No product/project will commence on the assumption that third parties might be required for completion. Such details will be finalized prior to commencing forward, unless requested by the client at a later date.

Delayed Payment & Agreement Cancellation

After the project has commenced and the final payment is due, the client will have 30 days to complete the payment. During this period the client will have 14 days to pay the final fixed cost fee. If this is not paid the remaining 9 days will be result in a daily 5% increase on the total fixed cost price, which will be added each recurring day.

Confidentiality

The client should inform us, in writing before the product/ project commences if any information provided is confidential.

Indemnity 
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CreativemindsUK from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, but only to the extent caused by, arising out of, the work supplied by CreativemindsUK.
